Proceeded in a warm and cordial atmosphere, an appreciation reception was held in Sheraton Ningbo Hotel on the evening of Feb. 4 to express thanks for the leaders at all levels and all friends giving the company long-term care and support. Nearly 200 guests who were leaders of the departments of the municipal committee and the municipal government, and representatives of financial sectors and operational partners were invited to the reception, including Ningbo standing committee director Chen Yong and vice-director Zhang Jinkang, deputy mayor Wu Hemin, Ningbo CPPCC committee vice-chairman Li Xiuli, municipal Party, politics & law committee vice-secretary Wu Bolun, who was also Chief of Ningbo Police Bureau.

Mr Wu Yigang, chairman and president of Ningshing, expressed warm greetings and grateful thanks and delivered the best wishes to all the guests. He reviewed the company accomplishments achieved in 2006. He also noted that the company overcame the difficulties actively, extended its business fields steadily, accomplished its intended purpose effectively, and kept the overall operation and turnover improving steadily. He expressed thanks to new and old friends for their concern and help and noted that Ningshing Holdings would keep careful management and steady expansion, create new results, and make positive efforts for social and economic development of Ningbo in the direction of continual innovation and harmonious development.

Ningbo deputy mayor Wu Hemin attended the reception and gave a speech. He affirmed the   achievements Ningshing achieved last year and expressed thanks for the contributions Ningshing had made for the opening economy and harmonious society. He also wished the company to turn challenges into opportunities, mark a new step forward, and make remarkable contributions to improve our competitiveness of foreign trade.

Each guest in the reception congratulated for company’s achievements, and wished the Ningshing make greater progress in the coming year.

The staff of Ningshing Holdings and Ningbo Ensemble of Songs and Dances gave a wonderful performance in the reception.
