Ninghing Annual General Meeting was held in Nanyuan Hotel on Feb. 6 of 2007. About 6 hundred employees took part in the meeting.

The meeting was started by annual report of Mr Wu Yigang, the president and chairman of Ningshing. Mr Wu reviewed the accomplishments achieved in 2006 and made a general arrangement for 2007. The report printed out that the company conquered the difficulties actively, extended its business fields steadily, accomplished its intended purpose effectively, got along well with everything, and kept the overall operation and turnover improving steadily. He asked all the departments of the home office and all the subsidiary companies to keep careful management and steady expansion, strengthen innovation and integration of all the resources, foster sustained growth, and improve the quality and benefits directed by continual innovation and harmonious development, around the work concepts of optimizing the increase method, improving the business structure and the industry construction, promoting the capital operation, deepening strategical control, and improving executive efficiency.

During the meeting some excellent collectives, managers and employees were got rewarded for their remarkable achievements in 2006. A dinner party and colorful artistic performances also be given for the new year.
