The chemical tanker of 16,500 ton named Ursula was set afloat in Xingzi Xian at 10:58 am on June 25. The ship moved slowly over the lake with gas cells by a slope. The set that the whole ship entered Poyang Hu after about 30 seconds was terrific. Jiujiang Municipal Party committee secretary Chen Anzhong attended the ceremony and announced that the ship(YX006) of 16, 500 ton floated successfully. Jiujiang mayor Wang Ping sent her congratulations. The ship was an outcome of the cooperation between Ningshing Holdings and Jiujiang Silver Star Shipyard gathering with both intelligence and effort. They supported and coordinated with each other in the collaboration. They made the ship and put it into the world. The board chairman and president of Ningshing Holdings Wu Yigang attended the ceremony and gave a speech. He noted that the ship was a witness to the operation and a fruitful beginning.

On the same day, the establishment ceremony of Jiujiang Silver Star Shipbuilding Industry Corporation was held. Many guests and leaders attended the signing ceremony and cut the ribbon, including Jiujiang municipal Party committee secretary Chen Anzhong, Jiujiang standing committee secretary-general Hua Jinguo, Ningshing Holdings board chairman Wu Yigang, Jiujiang Silver Star Shipyard board chairman Chen Zhiyuan, the ship owners and representatives of classification societies. The two companys forged a good and long-term relationship through promoting mutual understangding, friendship and trust in the shipbuilding process. Ningshing Holdings also felt deeply that there was a favourable investment enviroment in Jiujiang and local government devoted great efforts in the shipbuilding industry. Thus, the two companys came to an agreement that Jiujiang Silver Star Shipbuilding Industry Corporation was jointly established by Ningshing Holdings, Jiujiang Silver Star Shipyard, and Xiangsheng Shipyard.

After the establishment of the shipbuilding industry corporation, Ningshing Holdings would promoted common management, construction and development of the two shipyards. Internally, they would build up scientific and standard corporate governance structure, optimize and enhance internal management, and improve the product quality and production efficiency. Externally, they would vigorously exploit the internal and external markets, give full scope to the production capacity, and diversifiy widely into areas such as the shipping industry, ship design. So that, they could establish a worldwide reputation of the tankers and chemical tankers and devote efforts in building up a shipbuilding corporation which had influence in China.
