Ningshing Holdings held a training lecture on “Legal Knowledge and Risk Prevention” in Ningbo XinXing Hotel on Sep. 5th to help 
the operators and managers at all levels gain basic knowledge of corporate law and property law and understand the nature of risk control. 
        The guest lecturer was Xu Wanjun, who is permanent legal advisor and managed partner of Ningshing and director of Zhejiang 
Flower & May Law Firm. He introduced basic knowledge of the corporate law and property law and practical problems in risk management, 
in the hope that the management team can enhance the consciousness of risk control through the training and lead all the employees to 
develop the legal way of thinking and doing, so as to avoid the operating risks effectively and promote long-term development of our companies.
