The first shareholders’ meeting of Ningshing Investment Company was held in Ningbo Hotel on Oct. 29. Leaders from Ningshing Holdings participated in the meeting, such as Ningshing Holdings board chairman & president Wu Yigang and vice-president Huang Jian, Gao Ping, Yu Mingjia. They extended warm congratulations on the establishment of Shanghai Ningshing Investment.

The the establishment of Shanghai Ningshing Investment was a part of  Ningshing Holdings’ Strategy. It was also a new start for Ningshing Holdings to conduct some further development in Capital Operation Business. The new General manager of Shanghai Ningshing Investment Mr. Zhou Baoyi expressed thanks to the directorate’s trust on the behalf of his management team and the determination to develop the company at his best.

Finally, Ningshing Holdings board chairman & president Wu Yigang gave a speech and directions about future work. He noted that Ningshing Investment Company would play an important part in the capital operation markets of Shanghai. He hoped the company to take time by the forelock, place emphasis on institutional improvement and innovation, improve process management, and maximize profits & markets to make its contribution for the development of Ningshing Holdings.
