Ningshing Holdings held the training for new staff in Ningbo Hotel on Aug. 27. About 68 employees participated in the training.  
    Mr. Wu Yigang, board chairman & president of Ningshing Holdings, gave the first lecture about the History of Ningshing Holdings. 
Ms. Gao Ping, vice-president of Ningshing Holdings, told about the concept of Ningshing Culture.    
   Three Veterans staff shared their experiences with the new staff, who were also taught about management system, working skills 
and the situation of Youth League committee.   
    A book named “Competence Is Power” was introduced to the new staff so as to encourage them to improve their abilities and 
develop with the company.
