Ningshing Holdings held a training program for 87 new staff in Ningbo Victori Hotel for one and a half day, so as to help the new employees understand the culture
and the regulations of the company and get to know the history of the company.
Ningshing Holdings board chairman Mr. Wu Yigang reported on the development and mission of Ningshing Holdings. He introduced the status quo of the company
and encouraged the new staff to take more responsibility and to create more value for the society, company, and customers. Vice-president Ms Gao Ping reported
on Ningshing’s corporate culture. She asked everyone to implement it into daily work.
The officers also coached new employees for administration systems and working abilities and introduced the background of League committee. The training had
a gathering of new employees to enhance mutual communication.
