Ningshing Holdings Party committee held a Party center groups meeting to learn the report to the 17th National Congress on Oct. 19th , 
so as to learn and implement the spirit of it. About 30 Communist Party members and cadres attended the meeting.  
       On the meeting, All the participants talked enthusiastically about their feelings through learning and communicated with each other as 
the development of companys.  
       Finally, Ningshing Holdings Party committee secretary, board chairman & president Wu Yigang gave a summary of the meeting. He asked
all the Communist Party members and cadres to learning the report seriously and carry into practice. Besides, he mapped out strategic plans 
for the period ahead.
