On April 14th, the 37th shareholders general meeting & the 2nd Meeting of 3rd Session of Board of Directors of Ningshing Holdings were held in Chengdu, Sichuan. The meetings approved 2013 Annual Working Report, 2013 Annual Budget Report, Articles of Incorporation(revised), as well as Rules of Board Director Procedure, Four Special Committees Working Procedure & Regulations, President Working Procedure & Regulations, and passed resolutions such as board and chairman authorization and president annual salary assessment.
