Recently, Ningshing Automobile Investment Co., Ltd complete its strategic restructuring. By the acquisition of controlling shares, Sinomach, a large Chinese State Owned Enterprise listed on Shanghai Stock market (stock code 600335), becomes the holding shareholder of Ningshing Automobile Investment Co .Ltd, which was renamed afterwards Ningbo Sinomach Ningshing Automobile Investment Co. Ltd.. This strategic cooperation will inject the long-term development of the Company, and provide greater platform for sustainable growth of automobile business.
