The thirty-sixth shareholders general meeting of Ningshing Holdings was held in Tianning mansion on Jan. 18 of 2013. The election of board of directors and board of supervisors was completed successfully. Afterward, the first meeting of the third board session appointed the new management team and approved several board resolutions such as Annual Work Report and the Reform of Organization &Management Structure.
