Ningshing Holdings launched a “Talent Training Course” plan, aiming to enhance the development of company’s talent team, promote the growth of young staff, construct a high-quality management team, and help to realize Ningshing’s innovative development. Totally 30 young promising members participated in this two-month training course, during which the specialists and scholars would lecture on the science and law of management, policy and situation, fianance and risk management, studies of Chinese ancient civilization in order to improve the integrated management concepts and skills of the young members.
The “Talen Training Course” began on August, 4th in the classroom of Ningbo Institute of Educations. Mrs.Gao Ping, Ningshing’s vice chairman and party secretary, gave mobilization speech, in which she pointed out that young core members were a powerhouse of Ningshing’s innovative transformation, and should enhance the responsibility consciousness, be willing to break out and innovate. She required that, each learner in this class should realize the significance of this training class, treasure this opportunity, obey the class regulations, and properly handle the relationship between work and study, study with an open mind, put what learned to work, and soon become the company’s management experts. Mr.Dai Lei, the monitor of this training class and as the representative of all the students, delivered a speech expressing his willingness to treasure this learning opportunity, obey the rule, study hard, help to maintain the good atmosphere and achieve excellent results.
There were three courses in the first day of the training, namely New era, New thought and New journey, Contract Management and Law Risk Prevention, and Enterprise Financial Statement Analysis. The courses were compact and abundant. After the courses, the student representatives from each group communicated and shared their gains and thoughts. They expressed that they were enriched and enlightened by the courses which helped to expand their horizons and to open mind. They also learned new knowledge and concept, and would digest and absorb what learned, use them in work, and try to make progress in the future work.
