On the afternoon of November 27, 2018, the third representativeconference & employee representative conference of Ningshing Holding Trade Unionwere held in Ningbo Xinriyue Hotel. A total of 86 member representatives from Ningshing subsidiariesand headquarter departments attended the conference. The conference also specially invited Vice Chairman of the Trade Unionof Ningbo Finance and Trade Sector, Mr. Jin Rubiao, and the Chairman of NingshingHoldings, Mr. Wu Yigang.

The conference deliberated and approved the work report by thechairman of Ningshing Holding's second trade union committee, Mrs. Gao Pingthemed as《start a new starting point, create new advantages, show new behaviors,and unite and mobilize the employees to make contributions in the new journey ofinnovation and development》. The conference also reviewedand approved the work report of the second session of the fund review committeeby Mrs. Yang Xiaojun, and the commended 18 trade union activists.

The conference elected the members of the Third Ningshing HoldingTrade Union and the members of the fund review committee. The third trade union committee of Ningshing consists of 11members including Gao Ping, Li Junbo, Zhang Huihong, Yang Zhefang, ShenYuehong, Qi Yun, Cao Xudong, Yuan Yajun, Zhang Yu, Xu Yuelai and Wang Puru.The third session of the fund review committee consists of threemembers: Hu Sainan, Shen Qiongfang and Wang Shangjie. The conference also reviewed and approved the revised"Employee Handbook" and "Collective Contract", and the"collective contract" was signed by Wu Yigang, the legalrepresentative and Chairman of Ningshing Holdings, and Gao Ping, therepresentative of the new Trade Union Committee.

Jin Rubiao, vice chairman of Ningbo Trade Union in finance andTrade sector, fully affirmed the work of Ningshing Holding Trade Union and putforward requirements for the new trade union. Wu Yigang, Chairman of NingshingHoldings fully affirmed that the previous Trade Union Committee has donefruitful work to safeguard the rights and interests of all employees andpromoted the healthy and stable development of the company. It is hoped thatthe new trade union will promote the spirit of the model workers and the spiritof artisans, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and safeguard theemployees' rights and interests. He called for strengthening the self- construction,making contributions to the innovation and development of the Company, andrealizing the growth and development of employees and enterprises.
