The first shareholders' meeting in year 2019 and the first meeting of the fifth session of board of directors of Ningshing were held in Wuyishan City of Fujian Province on April 21, 2019. It was approved by the meetings that the new board of directors of the company is composed of nine directors, including Mr. Wu Yigang, Mrs. Gao Ping, Mr. Huang Yongzeng, Mr. Luo Huo, Mao Dongbo, Mrs. Yang Xiaojun, Mr. Wang Wentong, Mr. Zhang Lei, and Mrs. Li Ling. Mr. Wu Yigang is elected chairman and Mrs. Gao Ping vice chairman. Mr. Huang Yongzeng is appointed as the executive director. The new board of supervisors is composed of Mr. Cen Guohui, Mrs. Dong Jihui, Mr. Ni Jian, Mr. Ying Zhongxiong, and Mrs. Shi Chenjia. Mr. Cen Guohui is elected the chairman of the board of supervisors.

Nominated by Chairman Wu Yigang, the Board appointed Mr. Huang Yongzeng as President of Ningshing Holdings, Mrs. Yang Xiaojun as Vice President and General Manager of the Financial & Audit Department, and Mr. Wang Wentong as Vice President. Mr. Huang Yongzeng, the new president, said on behalf of the new management team that they would strengthen the responsibility, focus on the operation and management of the company, as well as focus on the long-term sustainable development of the company so as live up to the trust of the company, the board of directors, and the colleagues; and that in 2019 the Company will vigorously promote the implementation of innovation plans in all sectors, and make every effort to ensure the smooth realization of the annual business plan and objectives, and will strengthen standardized operation at the same time. The company will also concentrate on the cultivation and development of HR and talents, actively develop new businesses, new projects, and new markets so as to make new achievements.

During the meeting period, Chairman Wu Yigang led the delegation to visit Wuyi-Star Tea Industry Co., Ltd., a key national leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization and a leading tea enterprise in Fujian Province. Mr. He Yixin, chairman of Wuyi Star Tea Company, personally received the delegation and led to visit the tea base and tea germplasm resources garden. Chairman Wu Yigang thanked Chairman He for his warm reception. The two parties had a friendly and pleasant exchange.
