On 21th of May, the fifth Ningshing Holdings' General Manager Salon was held in the premium house at Moon Lake with 60 members of senior managers in attendance.
The salon was presided over by Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman of Ninshing Holdings, who pointed out that the general manager salon was aiming to expand the vision, improve the learning and decision-making ability for the management team, and to build a responsible and strong team of excellent managers.
Mr. Xu Wanjun, the director of DENTOS(Hangzhou), gave a wonderful presentation. He used a large number of vivid cases to explain the core construction of company value management in a simple way from the aspects of company value growth dilemma, dynamic value management, value management and legal relationship, especially the bottom line, foundation and method of company value management.
The second part of salon was the speech by Mr. Zhangyan, Party Secretary and Director of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce. Mr. Zhang discussed the strategic significance, development goals, main features, opportunities and challenges of the new dual-cycle pattern from the aspects of Ningbo's urban position, industrial characteristics, business indicators and policy support, and fully elaborated on promoting consumption upgrading, strengthening the construction of Ningbo Free Trade Zone, upgrading the cooperation level between Central and Eastern Europe, developing cross-border e-commerce, promoting digital construction and promoting the integration of domestic and foreign trade, and interpreted the 12 policies of the municipal government on strengthening dual-cycle. The sharing was affirmed by the participants, who expressed their approval with loud applause.
Finally, the five general manager representatives exchanged their insights and perceptions in combination with their respective business contents. Everyone realized that there were many new opportunities and challenges under the new pattern and that only by constantly learning new models and developing new advantages could new values be created.
