On September 29th, Ningbo Finance & Trade Labor Union held the Craftsman Spirit Promotion Meeting in the Multi-function Hall of Wuyi Square in Ningbo, at which more than 50 representatives of industrial craftsmen from the financial system of Ningbo were commended. Mr. Shen Guinian,  General Manager Assistant and Product Manager of Ningshing Yoyou, was awarded the title of the "Ningbo Finance & Trade System Craftsman " and delivered a speech at the meeting. He shared his experiences in feed quality, technological innovation, team training and safety in production, and said that he would make persistent efforts to draw strength from the craftsman spirit and make more contributions to the fermented feed production industry. Mr. Shen's story was selected for publication in the book named "Ingenuity of Life" by the Municipal Finance and Trade Union.

For years, Mr. Shen has interpreted Ningshing's craftman spirit with  rigor, perseverance and dedication. Based on his own duty, he focused and bravely broke through the bottleneck of the industry and solved the problem of unstable indicators of fermented feed products; he accurately managed the TMR production line, constantly adjusted and improved production equipment, and obtained 7 patents for invention and utility model; he strived for perfection and trained up & coming talents of feed production lines through activity of "mentoring", he has also been rated as "Excellent Tutor" and "Excellent Employee" of Ningshing Holdings for years.

It was hoped that all the staff of Ningshing should take advanced as an example, work on own duties, be brave in innovation, and develop superior skills in the spirit of diligence, wisdom, professionalism and devotion.
