On November 19th, the party committee of the Ningshing Holdings organized a meeting to study the guiding principles of the sixth plenum of the 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.The company’s top leaders and managers from headquarter departments participated the meeting.
Ms. Gao Ping, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of Ningshing Holdings, presided over the meeting. All the participants made a deep and detailed exchange around studying and implementing the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the company's development and work practice. Everyone agreed that it was an important meeting being held on the centenary of the founding of the Party to carry forward the past and forge ahead into the future. We should consciously unify our thoughts and actions into the spirit of the plenary session, adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully learn from historical experience, and achieve application of what we have learned.
Mr. Wu Yigang, Chairman of Ningshing Holdings, shared his learning experience and feeling of which he was lucky to grow up with the motherland and witness the great transformation from standing up, getting rich to becoming strong. He asked the managers of all subsidiaries to carry forward the spirit of entrepreneurs in the new era, love the party and be patriotism; he asked all the staffs to adhere to specialization, strengthen lean operation, speed up digital empowerment, continuously enhance development momentum, and strive to achieve a new development pattern with better quality, better efficiency and stronger competitiveness.
Mr. Huang Yongzeng, President of Ningshing Holdings, said that this meeting was of great historical significance. As a party member, we should firmly support the leadership of the party. The meeting summed up the valuable experience accumulated by the Party in the hundred years of struggle into ten Guiding Principles. These valuable experiences were gained by our party uniting and leading the people through hardship and paying a great price. We should draw great spiritual strength in concrete work, we should embody the effect of studying and implementing the spirit of the entrepreneurship. At present, we should make every effort to accomplish the annual task, accurately plan the work for next year.
Ms. Gao put forward three requirements for party organizations at all levels. First, we should learn deeply and thoroughly. We should combine the study of guiding principles with the promotion of the political belief; combine with the high-quality development of enterprises; combine with building a strong contingent of party members. Second, it was necessary to combine the reality and put it into practice. All party members should overcome difficulties, pay close attention to key tasks. The third was to plan as a whole and develop together. We should actively plan the development ideas of the company for the future, strive for breakthrough and development with firm belief and collective wisdom to create a better future.
