On May 19th, the thematic training on risk control of "Key Points of Sales Contract and Case Analysis" was held in the conference room of Ningshing Trade Group on the 16th floor of Tianning Building. More than 30 staffs from the business and risk control positions of the foreign trade sector took part in the training.

Mr Ge Jiongjiang, a lawyer from Zhejiang Tai’an Law Firm, was invited to give a lecture in the training. The content mainly focused on the identification and relevant points of the subject of the sales contract, the common legal risks and prevention in the practice of the sales contract, and the targeted interactive training combined with relevant cases. After the training, everyone said that they had an in-depth understanding of the key points and risk control elements of the signing of sales contracts, which would be of great help to related business work in the future.
