On July 21st, the Ningshing senior managers Joint Semi-Annual Meeting of 2022 was held in Landison Dongqian Lake Resort Ningbo. More than 70 members including Chairman Mr. Wu Yigang, Vice Chairman Ms. Gao Ping, President Mr. Huang Yongzeng and other relevant personnel from the management team of the subsidiaries, key projects and headquarters attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Gao Ping.

The participating members reported the business operation in the first half of the year, summed up respective measures in coping with difficulties and challenges, obtaining business orders, expanding the market, reducing costs, improving quality and controlling risks. The senior managers identified the problems, analyzed the situation, exchanged the experiences and also put forward the work plan and implementation measures for the next half of the year.

President Huang Yongzeng made a semi-annual work report entitled "Strive for Stability, Expand the Market, Improve Quality, Increase Efficiency and Promote Development", which summarized the overall business performance in the first half of the year and deployed the main work in the next half of the year. He analyzed that the world economy would still face the trend of "high cost, high interest rate, high risk and low growth rate" in the second half of this year. The report clearly required that all companies should adhere to the three principles of "No Reduction in Tasks, No Change in Objectives and No Drop in Standards", and strive for annual goals with greater efforts and faster speed. It also required the companies to strengthen goals and beliefs, focus on the target market, attract orders & expand market, go out to seek new opportunities, ensure business liquidity and enhance the vitality of sustainable development, strengthen process management, ensure the safety of operation and production, unite as one to overcome difficulties.

At the meeting, Chairman Wu Yigang made a speech entitled "Seize the opportunity to expand the market and strive to win the tough battle of breakthrough development". He fully affirmed that all companies have made hard-won achievements in expanding the market, obtaining for orders and attracting customers, especially in coordinating epidemic prevention & control, production and operation, etc. He highlighted three senior managers and six management teams who were work hard to expand the overseas & domestic market, and asked all high level managers and manage teams to set these excellent ones which mentioned above as models to actively obtain domestic and foreign markets. He asked all companies to persist in innovation breakthroughs, make extraordinary efforts and measures to achieve business expansion and benefit improvement. He stressed that managers at all levels should strengthen responsibility, play a leading role, handle affairs on site, strive to expand the market, keep the company running forward, and win the tough battle in 2022.

At last, Ms. Gao Ping put forward three requirements for implementing the spirit of the meeting. First to unify thinking and do a good job in implementation. Second to focus on key projects, key products, key markets, key customers, etc. Third to empower high-quality company development with high-quality party building, give full play to the exemplary and leading role of party members and cadres, and contribute to the realization of Ningshing Holding's annual goal.
