On July 1st, Ningshing Holding Party Committee held a symposium of party members and cadres to celebrate the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The symposium reviewed the glorious course and great achievements of the Party, which enabled all Party members to gather the strength to forge ahead and inspired the courage & wisdom to overcome difficulties. More than 40 staff members, including members of the Party Committee of Ningshing Holdings, party secretaries at all levels, party members and cadres in the management teams of all subsidiaries, outstanding party members, and youth representatives of league members, attended the symposium. 

The symposium was presided over by Mr. Huang Yongzeng, Party Committee member and President of Ningshing Holdings. 10 advanced representatives delivered their speech at the symposium. Describing their own experience realities, they expressed how the party members and cadres take responsibility, dealing with practical issues and actively responding to severe pressure in all aspects of enterprise management. They also shared ideas and measures to strengthen the beliefs of the party members and strengthen the building of party organizations to ensure the realization of party’s goals and tasks throughout the year.

Ms. Gao Ping, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of Ningshing Holdings pointed out that in the past year, all party members and cadres have further inspired the mission and determination of "respecting a hundred years, remembering the original heart and being brave". The whole company has made concerted efforts to continuously accelerate the pace of innovation-driven breakthroughs, improving quality and efficiency and seeking development. The company has made great progress in quality management, management improvement, team building, party building, and corporate culture construction. The company has always adhered to the concept of "Party building is also productivity", deeply integrated Party building with the production, operation, and management of enterprises, fully exerted the role of the party organization as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of outstanding party members. It fully embodied the fact that Party building is productivity when it is solid, competitiveness when it is deep, and cohesive when it is detailed. Se stressed that at present, we are already halfway, the task is heavy, the goal is ahead, and the responsibility is on the shoulder. She asked party organizations at all levels to promote high-quality development with high-quality party building and empower the company to innovate and develop with the unique Ningxing Party Building. She asked all Communist Party members to be firm in their faith, clear their mission, unite their knowledge, faith, and deeds, stand on their posts, strive to be pioneers, and become a Ningxing team that is brave and good at fighting. and guided by the highest standards of effectiveness. In particular, party members should lead in setting an example and taking action, become "doers" who perform their duties responsibly and "strength faction" who overcome difficulties, and lead all Ningxing people to race against time with all their might, seeking benefits from the market, vitality from management, and motivation for innovation, and welcoming the 20th victory of the party with outstanding achievements.

At the meeting, Chairman Wu Yigang made a speech. He pointed out that the current domestic and international economic situation is still complicated and full of challenges. He also noted that the global COVID-19 epidemic crisis has brought a very negative impact to enterprises. He stressed that in the second half of the year, the company's overall development was still facing the challenges, such as "tight indicators, heavy tasks, and great pressure". He asked all the party members of the company to give full play to their leading role, take a positive attitude to deal with difficulties and challenges, take the lead in grasping the progress, expanding the market, grasping the production, drilling R&D, and promoting the performance of the contract, create outstanding achievements with extraordinary efforts and measures, and strive to be the Depth Charge and pioneer of Ningxing Holding's high-quality development. He emphasized that the leading cadres and party members at all levels of the company should fully play the leading role of the "key minority" and be the "leader". Under the above-mentioned rate, they should start the "front-line work mode", conduct in-depth investigations and research, implement on-site office work, solve problems for the front-line management, actively promote all important decisions and arrangements, and make breakthroughs in all key projects as soon as possible. He hoped that all the party members of the company would unify their thoughts and actions to promote the high-quality development of Ningxing Holdings. He urged the party members to push for unity and lead the broad masses of cadres and employees, seize the important window of the series of steady growth policies, make every effort to stabilize operations, tap potential energy, improve quality and increase efficiency, and do all kinds of business work in a down-to-earth manner.

Finally, President Huang Yongzeng made a summary of the meeting. He asked all companies and branches to conscientiously implement the suggestions and ideas shared during the meeting. He urged everyone to learn from the speeches shared by the chairman and party secretary, and implement them in taking into consideration the actual situation each company and branch are faced with. All party members and cadres should learn from the new advancements, strengthen their confidence, enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, constantly temper their hard work of breaking through difficult problems, bravely tackling tough problems, and daring to innovate, make full efforts to focus on key points, make up for shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses, recognize the situation clearly, keep their determination, concentrate on their careers, go all out to implement them, and make new contributions to the successful completion of the annual goals and tasks.
