In order to enrich the cultural and spiritual life of female employees, boost self-care awareness, and improve their physical and mental health, as well as to encourage more enthusiasm and creativity at work, and to further empower them to embrace "Half the Sky" role at Ningshing, the company held a celebration for nearly 180 female employees at Nanyuan Hotel, Ningbo, in honor of the 114th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8th.

On behalf of the company, Ms. Gao Ping, Party Secretary, Vice Chairman and Chairman of Trade Union of Ningshing Holdings, extended festival greetings to all female employees. She fully affirmed the positive efforts and important contributions made by Ningshing females over the years. She encouraged women to have self-esteem and self-love, and to strive for self-improvement and to realize their personal values. She hoped that "Half the Sky" would show their talents and meet a better self on the vast stage of Ningshing.

Ms. Cai Yuqun, a famous medical expert and director of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Zhejiang People's Hospital, was specially invited to give a lecture on "Lifestyle Medicine and Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Diseases". Dr. Cai explained the pathogenesis and preventive measures of chronic diseases, and shared good methods to adjust the sub-health status such as maintaining a healthy diet, doing moderate exercises, adequate sleep and the importance of keeping  a good state of mind.

At the reading and sharing exchange meeting, five readers from various companies, including Ms.Yang Zhefang, Ms. Yu Yan, Ms. Wang Shangjie, Ms. Li Wenke and Ms. Zhang Yan, had in-depth exchanges based on their own work practice and life experience. They all look forward to meeting a wonderful self in the next decade. The atmosphere of the whole activity was relaxed and happy, and everyone realized that they still had so much to accomplish in the future.

At the end of the event, there was a lottery ticket for the symphony "Five Golden Flowers Glorious Ningbo". This activity not only made them feel the warmth and happiness of the festival, but also felt the care and warmth from Ningshing family.
