On January 25th, 2024, Ningshing Holdings held the 2023 Annual Summary Commendation Conference and New Year’s Party at Nanyuan Hotel in Ningbo. Nearly 1,000 employees from the headquarters, subsidiaries and regional representatives participated in the activity.

Chairman Wu Yigang made the annual work report, summarizing the company's achievements in 2023. The report highlighted the company’s strides in maintaining stability and improving quality in professional sectors and the progress and breakthroughs make in key projects over the course of the year. Chairman Wu stressed that in 2024, all subsidiaries should persist in striving for progress, being determined to innovate and expand domestic and international markets. He encouraged the subsidiaries to do a good job in product research and development and in upgrading and strengthening trade and industry research and operation. Stressing the need to promote digital construction, speed up the introduction of professionals, and strengthen safety production and operation. He demanded that all Ningshing staff face the difficulties, dare to challenge and work together to overcome the challenges in 2024.

The annual summary commendation conference was presided over by Vice Chairman Gao Ping. 

At the conference, the principal representatives of each subsidiary made a positive statement on the completion of various tasks and objectives in 2024, saying that they would continue to work hard, go forward bravely, refocus and innovate, and make new contributions to the company.

Mr. Huang Yongzeng, Executive Director & Vice President of Ningshing Holdings, declared the commendation decision. 

Four advanced representatives, including Mr. Du Wei, Ms. Wang Ling, Mr. Dai Lei and Mr. Luo Mingjun, shared their views on the theme "Standing on own post and creating the first class achievement" at the conference. 

The meeting commended the advanced collectives and individuals who made excellent achievements in 2023.

The New Year's Party included a wonderful performance and New Year's dinner. All the participants had a good time and enjoyed a wonderful evening.  Ningshing also invited leaders of relevant departments in Ningbo, representatives of the company's shareholder units, important partners, and friends. Ms. Han Jun, Deputy Secretary & Deputy Director of the Party Committee of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and Ms. Tang Jiandong, Chairman of Ningbo Finance & Trade Union, attended the activity. 

Ms. Han fully affirmed Ningshing's development as a leading foreign trade enterprise in Ningbo in the past 30 years, praised Ningshing's positive corporate culture, wished the company a prosperous career in 2024, and extended New Year greetings to all participants. The children of Beilun Baifeng Primary School, which has been paired with Ningshing for 26 years, also brought lively dance programs to the party. All employees of Ningshing were looking forward to the arrival of a beautiful year of the Dragon.

The senior management team of Ningshing took the stage to propose a toast, wishing everyone a prosperous career and a happy family.
