On November 7th, Ningshing Holding launched its "Growing & Developing Together" speech contest preliminary round at the Party Constitution School in Gulou Street, Haishu District, Ningbo. The activity attracted more than 60 participants.

Fourteen representatives from ten subsidiaries shared their personal stories, and expressed their unwavering commitment to the development and the pursuit of new heights of Ningshing. After a fierce competition, four contestants triumphed, winning first prize and a spot in the year-end finals.

Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, delivered a review and critique of the competition. She underscored that "growing and developing together" was the bedrock of Ningshing's culture, its ultimate developmental aspiration, and the key motivation for employees to join, contribute to, and share in the company's achievements. She urged everyone to keep learning and improving, leveraging the speech contest as a catalyst for renewed energy and a concerted effort to meet the year's objectives.
