On November 21st, Ningshing Holdings held a special training on the newly updated Company Law at the lecture hall of Ningbo Women's Activity Center. More than 120 senior managers, management teams from all subsidiaries, department heads at the headquarters, and deputy managers from different companies were in attendance. The training was presided over by Vice Chairman Gao Ping.

This training was led by Mr. Huang Yunxiang, a Senior Partner from Deheng Law Firm. Mr. Huang provided a comprehensive introduction to the changes in an all-round way, and made an in-depth analysis of key contents. He also answered questions about the new legal provisions after the implementation of the revised Company Law.

Finally, the company required managers at all levels to continue to study the new Company Law to foster their professional development and ensure the healthy growth of the company.
